Nelson Benitez, ESQ.
Nelson is the founder and attorney of Arcadia Law, PLLC, law firm with the goal to provide high quality, compassionate legal representation to families and individuals in Virginia.
A proud first-generation American, Nelson’s journey to the legal profession is marked by resilience and purpose. He immigrated to the United States as a child, became an Eagle Scout. He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University where he developed a deep commitment to community empowerment. He later obtained his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Before launching Arcadia Law, Nelson gained hands-on experience working in Hanover Circuit Court —skills that now define his approach to legal practice: proactive, empathetic, and client-focused.
Nelson founded Arcadia Law to make high-quality legal representation more accessible—especially to working families, immigrant communities, and small business owners navigating unfamiliar legal systems. His practice areas include family law, estate planning, general civil matters, and legal counsel for small businesses.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Nelson is committed to making legal services approachable for all clients. His firm is built on the belief that everyone deserves an advocate who listens, understands, and acts with integrity.
When he’s not practicing law, Nelson enjoys spending time with family, doing outdoor activities such as biking and trailblazing, and staying involved in local community efforts.

Samantha Benitez
Samantha is the premier Paralegal and Office Manager at Arcadia Law. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business. Samantha also carries a degree in Accounting and Early Childhood Education.
Before joining Arcadia Law with her husband, Samantha gained hands on experience at Bon Secours Mercy as a Case Management Specialist. She advocated for patients, coordinated care transitions, and navigated complex insurance systems. She is a powerhouse professional with superior customer service. Before her work as Case Management Specialist, she was Program Coordinator for Bon Secours Family Center where she taught and cared for children from toddlers to Pre-K ages.
While not in the office, Samantha enjoys spending time reading, crafting, gardening, and spending time with friends and family, as well as the occasional Target shopping.

Meet Our Paw Associate
Benjamin "Benji" Benitez
Benji is our newest Paw Associate or "Pawsociate" of Arcadia Law. Benji is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He was born on October 22, 2025, to dog parents, Sunflower Benji and Twilight, in Strasburg, Pennsylvania. He loves to play with his toys and meeting new people!!
While he is not working, he loves to take naps, chew on the carpet, and lounge around the house.
